The energy performance of buildings module is purchasable as an add-on to the following versions of the WinWatt heating package |

The energy calculation and certification has been significantly modified by the Decree 9/2023 ÉKM.
The calculation should be carried out on a zonal basis, where each zone may differ in use, thermal characteristics or building services systems used.
The previous seasonal calculation has been replaced by a monthly calculation, and many other changes have been made.
There is a greater emphasis on renovation proposals and various assessments of structures and building services systems.
The energy used should be broken down into the different energy carriers, with renewable energy used grouped according to different aspects.
This module builds on the previous EPBD module, it is still needed, without it it is not functional.
